WP7 and E-Mail forward/replies

[sc:mobile-category ]I was e-mailing on my phone the other day when I went to reply to a message.  It was one of those long complex messages that has been forwarded and replied too multiple times.  Often when this occurs I tend to hack out the “FYI…” and “Any thoughts” parts of the message before I forward it on to someone else.

In Windows Mobile 6.5 and the desktop this is no prolem.  The entire message is editable once you have selected forward and you can modify to your hearts content.  However in WP7, this does not seem to be an option as the replied or forwarded message section is unselectable.

This is a minor issue, but it would seem to be something many people would like to see.  It is compounded by the fact you cannot copy and past a message in to a new message and edit it there.  I guess this will be possible after the first service pack is released, it just seemed like an odd omission.
